We had a fabulous time at Cedar Soak Lodge. Lauren was friendly and available. She checked in periodically to ensure things were going well. The home was beautiful, clean and peaceful. Would absolutely book again!

Great spot. We loved the tranquility of the location that was very remote but still allowed for fun half day trips to Luray and hiking Kennedy Peak. The barrel sauna was an amazing addition and the kitchen was well stocked to meet all our needs. Short trip for us, but enjoyed it immensely.

The wife and I, booked this stay over the weekend. What a trip that was, everything that was described was on point! The jacuzzi was nice, the sauna was great, the fire pit was nice; but didnt get to use it because it rained. Either than that, the scenery was amazing. Real quiet and the kitchen was beautiful, wife loved it especially the coffee maker! All in all definitely worth it, especially if you are looking for peace and quiet, and a beautiful view!

A nice relaxing cabin for our weeklong getaway. Cabin had everything we needed for our family. Our 2 year old really enjoyed playing with all of the toys. We enjoyed the kitchen, the grill and the hot tub & sauna. Easy short drive over to Luray and the Shenandoah National Park. Very quiet and peaceful stay. Would love to visit again during the summer or fall!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was relaxing and the sauna was a welcome treat on a cold night. With a great view of the sun setting over the mountains.
We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The 2nd night we went out to a Mexican restaurant in Luray and had a nice meal.
We even had the opportunity to meet the neighbor’s sweet puppy Molly while enjoying our morning coffee on the porch. After receiving a treat (provided by the host) she was on her way.
We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next quiet getaway.

Very clean place, great amenities, very peaceful surroundings and kitchen well stocked. Very central to many different attractions in the area. Lauren is a great host, very attentive and made sure we had a great time.

Lauren's place was perfect. It's pet friendly, yet I, allergic to both cats and dogs, was not uncomfortable. The kitchen is better than most Airbnb locations for those who like to cook, even having some spices available, and the knives are actually serviceable, which is rare. The location is beautiful, fairly far from the crowds, with easy access to canoeing, Shenandoah, Luray, and the Virginia ridge region. I plan to return.

Awesome place to get away for a few days! We are a family of five with three younger children. It was during the winter months, and had a fantastic time. The Hottub, sauna, and the fire place in the backyard were a perfect set up for an relaxing evening after making lots of fun memories at Shenandoah. Plan to be back in the Sunmer for some river fun!!!

Our group especially loved the spa and sauna—they were truly relaxing. The grill barbecue was also wonderful, and we really appreciated how well the kitchen was stocked with many useful items.
